1General Terms & Conditions

By using the DJ 777 website and app, you are considered to have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full. If you object to any term, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between DJ 777 and its members, and have been prepared in accordance with international gaming laws and information technology regulations.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at DJ 777, you must meet the following conditions. Failure to comply may result in account termination and funds being withheld.

Only one account is allowed per person, household, or residential address. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all bonuses forfeited. dj 777 has the technical capability to detect duplicate accounts.

• Opening an account with false or someone else's information is strictly prohibited

4Betting Rules & Regulations

All betting decisions at DJ 777 are final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — so please verify all details before placing your bet.

• Minimum bet amount: ৳50
• Maximum bet amounts vary by market and event
• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded
• Bets are generally voided if a match is cancelled or postponed

Odds change rapidly in in-play betting. Bets will be confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance. dj 777 is not responsible for odds changes caused by internet delays.

DJ 777 uses internationally recognized data sources to determine results. In the event of any dispute over a result, the decision of the relevant sports governing body shall be final.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

DJ 777's bonus system is designed to give members added value. However, each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Welcome bonus: 5x turnover, within 30 days
• Weekly cashback: 1x turnover
• Reload Bonus: 5x turnover, within 30 days
• Free bet: 3x turnover, within 7 days

1. A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active (cashback excluded)
2. Bets placed using a bonus must have minimum odds of 1.50
3. Your main balance can be withdrawn before the turnover is completed, but the bonus will be forfeited
4. If bonus abuse is detected on an account, the bonus will be cancelled
5. Unused bonuses will be automatically removed upon expiry

6Account Management & Suspension

DJ 777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account as necessary to keep members' accounts secure and in good standing. Members will always be notified when this occurs.

• Underage Membership

If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team. All active bets must be settled and any available balance withdrawn before the account is closed.

Dj 777 will send a notice regarding accounts inactive for more than 12 months. If there is no response within 30 days of the notice, the account may be archived.

7Security & Identity Verification (KYC)

• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support immediately

8Responsible Gaming Policy

• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods belonging to another person

• Match fixing or colluding with others to influence outcomes
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform
• Harassment of other members or inappropriate conduct
• Accessing from restricted regions via VPN or proxy

10Dispute Resolution Process

If a dispute arises between a member and DJ 777, please follow the process outlined below. dj 777 is committed to reaching a fair and prompt resolution at all times.

1. Contact the support team: Contact us via live chat or email with full details
2. Save your ticket number: A reference number will be issued for your complaint
3. Initial response within 48 hours: DJ 777 will reach out
4. Investigation & Decision: Final decision on complex cases within 7 business days

If you are not satisfied with DJ 777's decision, you may escalate your complaint to an international gaming mediation body.

11Changes & Updates to Terms

DJ 777 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be given appropriate notice before any changes take effect.
